About Management Consultants of Hawaii

Management Consultants was awarded the coveted designation of Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) by CAI, recognizing Management Consultants for its professionalism, experience and commitment to continuing education.  We are the only Maui based company to have the designation and one of only seven companies in Hawaii to be so recognized.  The AAMC designation is recertified every three years and MCH has retained the designation continuously.

David A. Ferguson, President of Management Consultants of Hawaii (MCH), since 1993 has held the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest designation awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national educational institute for condominiums, community associations and other common interest realty associations.  David has been a resident of Hawaii since 1950, licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1966, and active in residential real property development and management for more than forty years.
